摘要
[目的]探讨系统化整体护理对慢性精神分裂症病人社会功能恢复的影响。[方法]将我院2007年—2008年长期代养的62例慢性精神分裂症病人按住院号分成对照组和研究组,对照组病人实行传统护理,研究组实施系统化整体护理,3个月、6个月、12个月后对两组病人社会功能进行测评。[结果]干预1年后研究组病人社会功能得分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]系统化整体护理对慢性精神分裂症病人社会功能的恢复有促进作用。
Objective：To probe into the influence of systematic holistic nursing on social function recovery of chronic schizophrenia patients.Methods：A total of 62 of chronic schizophrenia patients hospitalized in 2007-2008 in our hospital were divided into control group and study group according to their admission number.Patients in control group were given traditional nursing care.Patients in study group were given systematic holistic nursing.Social function of two group patients were evaluated 3 months,6 months and 12 months later respectively.Results：There was statistical significant difference in terms of social function between the two group patients（P0.01）.Conclusion：Systematic holistic nursing can promote social function recovery of chronic schizophrenia patients.
