集体健康教育模块在精神分裂症病人中的应用

[目的]探讨系统化集体健康教育模块对住院精神分裂症病人实施健康教育的效果。[方法]将212例精神分裂症病人随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组采用系统化集体健康教育模块进行教育,对照组采用传统的健康教育,对两组病人在急性期、治疗期、康复期健康知识的知晓率、出院后治疗依从性及3年的复发率进行观察。[结果]实验组病人不同时期健康知识知晓率、出院后治疗依从性、3年内复发率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义。[结论]采用系统化集体健康教育模块能提高精神分裂症病人的健康知识知晓率和治疗依从性,降低复发率。

Objective：To probe into the effect of using systematic group health education module to carrying out health education for schizophrenia patients.Methods：A total of 212 schizophrenia patients were divided into test and control group.Patients in test group were given systematic group health education.Patients in control group were given traditional health education.Then the knowing rate of health knowledge,treatment compliance after discharge and relapse rate within 3 years of the two group cases in acute period,treatment period and rehabilitation period were observed.Results：There were statistical significant differences in terms of the knowing rate of health knowledge,treatment compliance after discharge and relapse rate within 3 years during different periods between the two group cases.Conclusion：Using systematic group health education can enhance the knowning rate of health knowledge and treatment compliance of schizophrenia patients.It can also reduce the relapse rate for them.
