三种药物联合化疗治疗46例晚期大肠癌临床观察

Clinical observation of 46 patients with carcinoma of large intestine treated with the three drugs combined chemotherapy

目的 探讨伊立替康、5氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）和甲酰四氢叶酸（CF）联合化疗治疗大肠癌的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的46例大肠癌患者的临床资料,所有46例患者均使用伊立替康、5氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）和甲酰四氢叶酸（CF）联合进行化疗治疗.结果 所有患者治疗后依照实体瘤疗效判断标准进行疗效评价,完全缓解4例占8.7%,部分缓解15例占32.6%,稳定20例占43.5%,进展7例占15.2%.总有效率41.3%.结论 三种药物联合化疗治疗大肠癌,疗效肯定,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigated the clinical curative effect of irinotecan and 5 - fluorouracil （ 5 - FU） and folinic acid （CF） combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of carcinoma of large intestine. Methods To analyse retrospectively the clinical data of the 46 cases of patients in our hospital, all of the 46 cases of patients treated with irinotecan and 5 - fluorouracil （ 5 - FU） and folinic acid （CF） combined with chemotherapy. Results All patients were assessed the curative effect under the tumor judging criteria after the treatment, completely relieving 4 cases accounted for 8.7% ,partially alleviate 15 cases accounted for 32.6% ,of stable 20 cases of 43.5% ,of the progress of 7 cases accounted for 15.2%. The total effective rate accounted for 41.3%. Conclusion Clinical efficacy of the three drugs combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer was positive, and worth promoting.
