血清脑钠肽与尿毒症患者残肾功能相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 本研究旨在探索血清脑钠肽与尿毒症患者残肾功能的关系.方法 收集笔者所在医院尿毒症患者30例及同期入院肾功能及心功能均正常患者30例,对所有研究对象均检测肾功能生化指标及血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平,收集患者血压、体重等一般资料.然后对两组患者血清脑钠肽行统计学分析,并对尿毒症患者的脑钠肽与肾功能相关生化指标行相关性分析.结果 尿毒症组BNP水平较对照组明显升高,经过t检验分析,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).CysC与BNP呈负相关,经相关性分析,差异均有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01).结论 尿毒症患者血清脑钠肽明显高于正常人群,且其血清脑钠肽与残肾功能有明确相关性,能有效反应患者肾功能情况. Objective This study was to explore the brain natriuretic peptide and residual renal function in patients with uremia. Methods To collect my home hemodialysis patients admitted in the 30 cases of renal function and normal heart function 30 patients,on all subjects tested renal biochemical and serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels, collecting blood pressure, weight, and other general information. And then on two groups of patients with serum brain natriuretic peptide line statistical analysis, and on the brain natriuretic peptide and renal related biochemistry line correlation analysis. Results BNP uremic group levels are significantly increased the control group, after t - test analysis, statistical differences,P 〈 0. 01 ; CysC and BNP has been negative con'elation, con'elation analysis, significant statistical difference, P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion The uremic patients serum brain natriuretic peptide is significantly higher than the normal population, and its brain natriuretic peptide and residual renal function, there is a clear correlation between the effective response of renal function.
