胸腺肽治疗小儿重症肺炎对外周血白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-10的影响

Effect of thymosin therapy on serum interleukin - 6 and interleukin - 10 in pediatric severe pneumonia

目的 探讨胸腺肽治疗小儿重症肺炎对外周血IL-6和IL-10的影响.方法 2007年8月至2009年12月小儿重症肺炎102例,随机分为对照组50例,治疗组52例,两组均给予抗感染、对症支持治疗,治疗组加用静注胸腺肽,并与健康组对照,ELISA检测各组外周血IL-6和IL-10的水平.结果 治疗组入院时血清IL-6和IL-10水平与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,第3天和第7天其血清IL-6和IL-10水平较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 在常规治疗基础上加用胸腺肽可更好的调节炎症细胞因子的平衡,改善症状.

Objective To investigate the effect of thymosin therapy on serum interleukin - 6 and interleukin - 10 in pediatric severe pneumonia. Methods From Aug 2007 to Dec 2009,102 children diagnosed with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups ： conventional therapy group and thymosin group. The serum level of IL - 6 and IL - 10 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results There were no significant difference between therapeutic group and control group in the level of IL- 6 and IL- 10 before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment, the level of IL -6 and IL - 10 of therapeutic group was lower than those in control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion As an adjunctive therapy, thymosin can improve the balance of inflammation cytokine, and clinical recovery.
