On the Selective Strategies of the Forms of Realizing Technological Innovations

技术创新三种实现形式本身并无优劣,只是在产业成长的不同时期,在企业发展的不同阶段,对于不同经济区域和不同层次的创新主体的地位和作用不同,技术创新主体应立足于自身的实际情况选择合适的技术创新实现形式。在此基础上提出相应的技术创新实现形式的选择策略和相应的政策建议。

This paper argues that there are no intrinsic strengths or weaknesses among the three kinds of forms of realizing technological innovations themselves, but in different roles and functions of innovation mainstays with different economic regions and different levels at different times of the industrial growth and different stages of industrial development. So technological innovation mainstays should choose suitable forms based on their own actual situations. The paper proposes corresponding selective strategies and policy recommendations as well.
