急诊护患纠纷的原因分析及防范对策

Analysis on the causes of the conflicts between nurses and patients in emergency and its precautions

目的通过对急诊护患纠纷防范的管理，减少急诊护患纠纷的发生。方法分析急诊护患纠纷发生的原因，制定相应的防范对策。结果护士护患纠纷防范意识增强，护患纠纷明显下降。结论我们制定的相应预防措施能够有效应对急诊护患冲突，减少护患纠纷的发生率。

Objective Though applying the precautionary managements of the conflicts between nurses and patients in emergency,fulfilled to decrease the incidences of the conflicts. Methods Analyzed on the causes of the conflicts between nurse and patient in emergency,and enacted the corresponding precautions to deal with it. Results The precautionary realization of the nurses enforced,and the incidences of the conflicts between nurses and patients decreasod significantly. Conclusion The corresponding precautions enacted by us can effectively deal with the conflicts between nurses and patients in emergency, and reduced the incidences of the conflicts.
