摘要 本文介绍了优质植物肽蛋白饲料发酵豆粕的营养特性,并结合配合饲料的加工工艺与动物消化道的生理特点对发酵豆粕的品质进行整体评定。同时,就使用发酵豆粕配制日粮建立以发酵豆粕与日粮其它饲料间组合效应为基础的高效应用体系理论的必要性与现实意义进行了论述。 Nutritional characteristics of fermented soybean meal ( FSM), a kind of excellent natural vegetable peptide -protein feed, were introduced in this paper. It was necessary that the processing technic of compound feed should be integrated with physiological characteristics of ani- mal digestive tract when qualities of FSM were comprehensiv evaluated. Furthermore, the practical significance and necessity of building systematic theory for FSM efficient application, based on the associative effects of FSM with other ingredients,were discussed.
