不同剂型甜菜碱盐酸盐在饲料中混合均匀度差异的研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择3种甜菜碱盐酸盐配制成不同的饲料,每种饲料中由甜菜碱盐酸盐提供的氯离子的量相同。每种饲料分别选择10个样品测定样品中氯离子的含量,并计算各种饲料中氯离子的变异系数。试验结果表明,赛维碱、公司自产98%甜菜碱盐酸盐和市购98%甜菜碱盐酸盐在饲料中的变异系数分别为3.87%、8.57%和9.49%,由此可见赛维碱在饲料中的混合均匀度最高。建议在饲料中尤其是预混合饲料中选择添加赛维碱,以保证甜菜碱充分发挥其应有的功效。 Select three different betaine hydrochloride to make up different kinds of feed and keep the quantity of chloridion which from the betaine hydrochloride same in each feed. Choose 10 samples from each feed to test the contents of the chloridion and calculate the coefficient of variation of chloridion. The result showed that, the coefficient of variation of Sunwin betaine, 98% of betaine hydrochloride from our company and 98% of betaine hydrochloride from the market is 3.87% ,8.57% and 9.49% separately . Mixing uniformity of Sunwin betaine is the best in the feed. So, in order to get the best efficacy of betaine, we suggest to use the Sunwin betaine in the feed , especially in the premix feed.
