摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症护理门诊对精神分裂症患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法将250例出院的精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,2组均予以利培酮维持治疗。研究组在此基础上予以精神分裂症护理门诊干预。采用阴性症状与阳性症状量表(PANSS)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)及总体幸福感量表(GWB)分别于出院时及出院3年末进行评估。结果 1年末,研究组PANSS总分较出院时明显降低(P<0.01),也显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组GQOLI评分和GWB评分在1年末均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症护理门诊有助于进一步改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状,提高患者的生活质和幸福感。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing clinic on quality of life and recovery in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Two hundred and fifty discharged patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observed group and control group.Patients in both groups were treated with risperidone.Patients in observed group received schizophrenia nursing clinic for 1 year.PANSS,GQOLI and GWB in both groups were evaluated at discharging and at one year after discharging.Results One year after discharging,the scores of PANSS in the study group were significantly lower than those at discharging and those of control group（P0.01）.The scores of GQOLI and GWB were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Schizophrenia nursing clinic could help to improve the symptoms of schizophrenia and enhance their quality of life and well-being.
