电解-电镀Ni粉对氧化物阴极性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Electrolyzed-Electroplated Ni Powder on Oxide Cathode Characteristics

摘要 主要介绍一种电解-电镀Ni粉对氧化物阴极性能的影响,主要包括对该Ni粉及其制备阴极Ni海绵的形貌分析,采用飞行时间质谱法测试该Ni海绵的蒸发率,并对其制备氧化物阴极的发射性能进行寿命试验。结果表明:电解-电镀Ni粉形貌呈树枝状,制备Ni海绵疏松多孔,在相同温度及测试条件下,该Ni海绵的蒸发率比普通电解Ni粉制备Ni海绵的蒸发率小,制备阴极的寿命比普通Ni海绵的寿命长2~3倍。 We addressed the fabrication and characterization of the oxide cathode with the electrolyzed-electroplated Ni powder.The microstructures of the Ni powder and the sponge made of Ni powder were characterized with scanning electron microscopy.The evaporation rate of the Ni sponge was evaluated with time-of-flight mass spectroscopy,and the life-time of the oxide cathode coated with the newly-developed Ni sponge was studied.The results show that the life-time of the oxide cathode coated with the highly-porous,electrolyzed-electroplated Ni sponge consisting of dendritic Ni grains,was 2~3 times longer than that of the cathode coated with the conventional electrolyzed Ni sponge,under the same test conditions,that is,at a temperature of 810 ℃ and a DC emission current density of 1.35 A/cm2.
