冠心病猝死的一级预防 被引量：3

摘要 心性猝死（suddencardiacdeath,SCD）是指由各种心脏原因引起的自然死亡。发病突然、进展迅速,死亡发生在症状出现后1h内。患者发生猝死事件前可以有心脏疾病表现,但猝死的发生具有无法预测的特点。SCD有2个类型,即心律失常性和循环衰竭性（心肌泵衰竭或外周循环衰竭）。在医院外发生的SCD,绝大部分是心律失常性的。心律失常性猝死是心脏电活动异常最终发展至持续性室性心动过速（VT）、心室纤颤（VF）的结果。
