分析了旧城区改造案例名仕嘉苑小区的规划设计及规划原则,得出了旧城区改造应利用旧城区区位优势为回迁、返迁人群创造良好的居住环境,体现传统与现代生活模式,改进旧城区面貌等设计原则,从而改善城区居住环境。

Through analyzing the planning design and planning principle of inner cities renovation with Mingshijiayuan community as a case,it shows that old city district advantages should be fully used in the inner cities renovation so as to create a good living environment for the returning and moving-back crowd,and to embody the design principle such as embodying the traditional and the modern life style,improving the design principles,so as to improve urban living environment.
