To solve the problem that low stone-dilling ability of the rotary drilling rig,the thesis proposed the construction technology combining totary drilling and underwater explosion,discussed the construction control main points of this technology,pointed out although it bring the convenience,there still exist certain risk,so should choose it cautiously,couldn＇t use it casually.
