无影灯形式对Ⅰ级洁净手术室细菌浓度的影响

Influence on bacterial concentration in Ⅰ grade operating room for shadowless lamp form

利用数值模拟的方法,研究了Ⅰ级洁净手术室动态情况下两种无影灯形式对洁净区气流组织及细菌浓度的影响。模拟表明:与洁净手术室通常使用的盘式无影灯相比,双母灯无影灯对洁净区的气流影响小,有利于控制洁净区的细菌浓度,提高局部洁净度。

This paper used numerical simulation method to study the influence on the airflow organization and bacterial concentration in Ⅰgrade operating room for two shadowless lamp form when a patient is under surgery.It shows that： compared with the disc shadowless lamp,two-parent shadowless lamp is less influential to the airflow in the clean area,at the same time,it is better for controlling the bacterial concentration and improving the local cleanliness.
