摘要
在分析我国建筑业发展现状和未来走向的基础上,把学习型组织理论引入我国建筑企业,通过创建学习型建筑企业,从而提升企业的核心竞争力,促进建筑企业实现全面、协调、可持续发展。
Based on analysis of Chinese construction industry development status and future flow direction,the learning type organization theory was introduced Chinese construction enterprise,by building learning type construction enterprise,the enterprise kernel competitive force was enhanced,which promoted construction enterprise realized full,coordinated and sustainable development.
