桥梁设施资产价值评估方法研究

Study on asset value evaluation method of the bridge facilities

借鉴道路设施使用性能预测模式,建立了桥梁使用性能的马尔柯夫预测模型,结合资产价值评估理论建立了桥梁设施重置成本评估方法,进而形成了一套桥梁设施资产价值评估方法,以指导实践。

According to the prediction mode for use property of road facilities,the thesis set up the Markov prediction model of bridge use property,combining with the capital assessment theory,built up the replacement cost assessment method of bridge facilities,then form a set of evaluation methods for asset value of bridge facilities,so as to guide the practices.
