从设计阶段、施工阶段、结算审计阶段三个方面对工程造价的控制和管理进行了阐述,从专业的角度出发,利用先进科学的工作方法,合理地遵循市场规律,专业人员能够具备严谨敬业的工作态度,一定能做好工程造价的管理和控制工作。

This paper discusses on the methods for the control and management of project cost from three aspects that include design stage,construction stage and closing audit stage.It is able to manage and control the work of project cost well if these points can be followed： embarks from the specialized angle,uses advanced scientific methods of work,follows the rules of market disciplinarian reasonably as well as specialized persons have rigorously respect-work manner.
