With a combination of relevant specifications,presenting the works of quantities priced component,it specifically addressed common questions and considerations in the process of the sub-segment of the bill of quantities preparation,in order to guide the cost of personnel to do an accurate and complete bill of quantities preparation,thereby tender quality assurance and control project cost.
