浅谈CRTSⅠ型轨道板裂缝控制技术

Shallow discussion on control technology of CRTSⅠtype orbital plate crack

通过CRTSⅠ型轨道板预制施工实践,对养护、脱模、起吊、张拉、检测过程进行分析,从裂缝产生的位置及原因进行了论述,并提出了相关措施解决预制过程中的裂缝问题,满足了轨道板的结构安全性和耐久性要求。

Through the prefabricated construction practices of CRTS Ⅰ type orbital plate,this paper makes an study on the conservation,mold release,lifting,stretching and testing process.Then it makes a discussion from the position of cracks and causes,and proposes relevant measures to solve the cracks in the prefabricated construction process,thus meets the structure safety and durability requirements of orbital plate.
