生活垃圾卫生填埋工程环境影响评价技术分析

Technical analysis on domestic waste sanitary landfill project Environmental Impact Assessment

针对目前生活垃圾卫生填埋场环境影响评价工作存在的问题,结合山西省的实际情况,从场址选择及环境合理性、清洁生产等方面进行分析论证,提出了环境影响评价工作中应把握的技术要点,并给出了相应的措施与建议,从而提高填埋项目的清洁水平和环境安全性。

In view of the problems of Environmental Impact Assessment in the current domestic waste sanitary landfills,combined with the actual situation in Shanxi province,the paper has analyzed and demonstrated in terms of site selection and environmental rationality,cleaner production,proposed technical essential points that should be abide by in environment impact assessment.Solutions and suggestions have been also provided in this paper,so as to improve the clean level and the environmental security of the landfill treatment.
