Progress of Vascular Canal Nursing in Hemodialysis

自１９４３年Ｋｏｌｆ发明血液透析（ＨＤ）以来，建立ＨＤ血管通道的方法很多，其中护理方法也各不相同，为了对ＨＤ血管通道的护理作一综述，通过对直接动、静脉穿刺、直接动、静脉内瘘建立ＨＤ血管通道的护理和参阅有关专业书刊报道，主要综述了建立ＨＤ血管通道以及护理的进展，揭示了存在的问题和当前研究发展的方向。

Since hemodialysis (HD) was invented by Kolff in 1943,vascular canal has been paid much attention by experts and has been an important issue which clinical practioners are trying hard to study.There are many ways of creating HD vascular canal in practice and their nursing methods vary.In order to give a summary to progress of HD vascular canal nursing,this article reviews majorly articles on nursing of direct artery-vein(A-D) puncture and direct A-D internal fistulation for creatig HD vascular canal and other related reports,summarized progress of creating HD vascular canal,its complication and methods of treatment and nursing,reveals existing problems and direction of present study.
