摘要
[目的]进一步提高学生的观察、动手、思辩和创新能力。[方法]对2个常规实验"植物组织膜伤害程度的测定"和"植物组织中游离氨基酸总量的测定"的材料、教学过程和教学方法进行了改进。[结果]在有限的学时内将2个独立开设的实验融合在一起,达到了良好的教学效果。[结论]推进了植物生理学实验教学的改革。
[Objective] The aim was to enhance student′s ability of observation,practice,thinking and innovative.[Method] The material,the teaching process and method of two conventional experiments which include＂Determination of membrane damage in plant tissue＂ and ＂Determination of free amino acids content in plant tissue＂ were improved.[Result] These improvement not only saved the experiment time,but only got a good teaching result.[Conclusion] The study promoted teaching reform of plant physiology experiments.
