摘要
[目的]了解重金属Cu2+对青稞幼苗的伤害机理以及为青稞的生产实践提供理论依据。[方法]以青稞幼苗为试验材料,采用水培方式,研究200 mg/L Cu2+胁迫对青稞幼苗相对含水量(RWC)、叶绿体色素、细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸和水溶性蛋白质含量的影响。[结果]200 mg/L Cu2+胁迫下的青稞幼苗叶片RWC、叶绿素a和b、类胡萝卜素、蛋白质含量不断降低,MDA、细胞膜透性和脯氨酸含量不断升高。[结论]200 mg/L Cu2+胁迫对青稞幼苗造成了严重的生理伤害。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide the theoretical basis for understanding physiological mechanism of heavy metal Cu2+ stress to hulless barley seedlings and the production practice of hulless barley.[Method] The effects of 200 mg/L Cu2+ stress on relative water content(RWC),chlorophyll,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline,soluble protein contents and electrolyte leakage in hulless barley seedlings with hydroponic culture were investigated.[Result] RWC,chlorophyll a and b,carotenoid,soluble protein contents decreased continually,and electrolyte leakage,MDA,proline contents increased continually in hulless barley seedlings under 200 mg/L Cu 2+stress.[Conclusion] The stress of 200 mg/L Cu2+ caused serious physiological damage to hulless barley seedlings.
