摘要
[目的]明确壳聚糖对镉胁迫下火鹤的缓解效应。[方法]以火鹤幼苗为材料,用0.05、0.10 g/L的壳聚糖喷雾诱导后,再用10mg/L的镉溶液进行胁迫处理。[结果]在镉胁迫下,壳聚糖可有效提高火鹤幼苗叶片中叶绿素的含量,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性蛋白含量和相对电导率。[结论]0.05 g/L的壳聚糖对镉胁迫下火鹤的缓解作用好于0.10 g/L的壳聚糖。
[Objective] The relief efficiency of the chitosan under cadmium stress to flamingo anthurium was clarified.[Method] The flamingo anthurium seedlings,as experimental material,were sprayed with 0.05 g/L and 0.10 g/L of CTS for the induction treatment,and then,10 mg/L of cadmium solution for stress treatment.[Results] Under the cadmium stress,the chitosan can effectively improve the content of chlorophyll,reduced the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble protein in its leaf and the relative electrical conductivity of its leaf.[Conclusion] The relief efficiency of 0.05 g/L of chitosan to the cadmium stress was better than that of 0.10 g/L of chitosan.
