小叶蚊母与其他地被植物的园林性状比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Ornamental Properties of New Superior Groundcover Plant of Distylium buxifolium

通过对小叶蚊母与华东地区最常见的火棘、龟甲冬青等8种地被植物进行比较分析,发现小叶蚊母作为地被植物,具有优良的园林性状,适应性强,景观效果好,病虫害少。特别是该植物枝条婆娑,树高增长慢,片植群落冠面不易乱,耐阴性强,是最优良的林下地被植物之一。

Based on comparing and analyzing of ornamental properties of Distylium buxifolium with the other 8 kinds of groundcover plants such as Ilex crenata and pyracantha etc.,it was found that Distylium buxifolium had extraordinary ornamental properties,including good sight effect,high adaptability and fewer pests and diseases when it was used as ground cover plants;especially,Distylium buxifolium had excellent characteristics such as whirling branches,slow height growth,long-term neat crown when grown in communities,and good shade-tolerance.So that it is the one of the best under forest groundcover plants.
