甲基强的松龙冲击治疗1例重叠综合征的护理体会

Nursing Inspiration of Corticosteroid Impulse Therapy in One Case of Overlap Syndrome

皮质类固醇激素冲击治疗是近年来用于治疗重症皮肤病的有效方法。本文作者通过对１例重叠综合征：系统性红斑狼疮／皮肌炎病人，用甲基强的松龙冲击治疗的护理，认为在治疗过程中：（１）应密切观察患者生命体征变化；（２）注意保持水电解质平衡及防止高血糖；（３）预防皮肤粘膜感染；（４）加强功能锻炼，预防废用性肌萎缩、足下垂等。

The corticosteroid impulse therapy is a effective method recently to treat severe dermatosis.By nursing an overlap syndrome (SLE/DM) patient receiving the corticosteroid impulse therapy,the auther believes something must be highly noticed,as follows:(1)carefully observe the signs of life;(2)maintain the fluid and electrolyte balance and preclude hyperglycosemia;(3)prevent the skin and mucosa from infection;(4)enhance the exercise to predude the disuse muscular atrophy、the foot drop and so on.
