结合广东省集体建设用地基准地价制定试点工作,从土地定级与基准地价评估的技术思路出发,在实践的基础上探讨了评估技术中的一些主要问题,以期对即将开展集体建设用地基准地价评估工作提供指导。

Combining with the pilot project of making criterion price for collective construction land in Guangdong Province,starting from technique thoughts of land grading and appraisal of standard land price,the main problems were discussed on the basis of practice,so as to provide guidance for carrying out the appraisal work.
