兰花楹轻基质网袋容器苗基质选择试验 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]探讨适合兰花楹培育苗木的轻基质配方,为生产提供技术参考。[方法]以松皮、锯末、炭化锯末3种基质设置9种配方,采用随机区组设计,开展兰花楹网袋容器育苗试验,对不同轻基质配方的苗高、地径和侧根及生物量等指标进行苗木综合评定。[结果]不同配方之间的苗高、地径、侧根和生物量等均达到显著差异;配方A(沤制松皮75%+沤制锯末25%)、D(沤制松皮75%+炭化锯末25%)、E(沤制松皮50%+炭化锯末50%)、G(沤制松皮70%+沤制锯末20%+炭化锯末10%)的育苗效果排列前4位,其中配方E(沤制松皮50%+炭化锯末50%)的最好,育苗效果最差的为配方C(沤制松皮25%+沤制锯末75%)和配方Ⅰ(沤制松皮20%+沤制锯末50%+炭化锯末30%)。[结论]配方E(沤制松皮50%+炭化锯末50%)最适宜培育兰花楹苗木。 [Objective] The aim was to explore the appropriate lightweight medium formula for culturing Jacaranda acutifolia seedlings,and provide technical reference for the production.[Method]Nine kinds of formulas were designed with three substrates,including pine bark,sawdust and charcoal sawdust.The random group design was adopted to carry out Jacaranda acutifolia seedling culture in net container test.The indices,such as seedling height,ground diameter,lateral root and biomass in different substrates were determined.[Result] The results showed that seedling height,ground diameter,lateral root and biomass in different substrates have significant differences.The seedling culture effect of first four formula were:formula A(75% pine bark+25% sawdust),D(75% pine bark+25% charcoal sawdust),E(50% pine bark+50% charcoal sawdust) and G(70% pine bark+20% sawdust+10% charcoal sawdust),in which,formula E was the best.The worst seedling culture effect were formula C(25% pine bark+75% sawdust) and formula I(20% pine bark powder+50% sawdust+30% charcoal sawdust).[Conclusion] The formula E((50% pine bark+50% charcoal sawdust) is most suitable for cultivation of Jacaranda acutifolia seedlings.
