摘要
采用热水提取-乙醇沉淀法从苘麻子中提取多糖,Sevag法除蛋白,苘麻子多糖经大孔树脂分离、透析得两种多糖,即QMZP-1和QMZP-2,采用分光光度法(λ=486nm)测定两种多糖含量,分别为1.8%和0.75%,求得校准曲线的回归方程为y=0.00435x+0.561,相关系数为r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.71%(n=5)。
Polysaccharide was extracted from qingmazi with hot water-ethanol deposit method and wiped off deproteination with Sevag method. Polysaccharide of qingmazi was further purified by resin obtained QMZP-1,QMZP-2,and its content was determined by spectrophotometry(λ=486nm).The regression equation is y=0.00435x+0.561 and coefficient correlation is 0.9998.The average recovery was 100.1%,RSD=0.71%(n=5).
