Conclusions on Continuous Nursing Education

继续护理学教育是以知识更新为主的一种终身性的护理学教育。３年来我院在继续教育委员会的领导下，改变全院护理人员的思想观念，提高认识积极参与。通过建立管理机构，严格管理制度，制定培训计划，采取多层次，多种方式进行培训并定期给予考评，使这项工作顺利开展。体会到开展继续教育后提高了护士素质，增加了对专业的认识，熟练掌握理论知识及操作技能，培养了青年骨干，全院的继续教育实行了规范管理，提高了整体护理水平，对护理工作的提高，起到了促进作用。

Continuous nursing education contributes to renewing professional knowledge all one's life.Due to the efforts made by the Continuous Education Committee during the last three years,the consciousness of all the nursing staff in the hospital has been corrected,and their understanding improved,resulting in their active involvement in the work.Through the administrative department as established,management systems have been rigorously enforced,and training programmes established,in which training is conducted for various level and in different forms,and regular assessments of techincal proficiency are held for the staff so that the continuous nursing education can be maintained satisfactorily.As we understand,the continuous education can improve the qualification of the nurses,enrich their professional knowledge,grasp the knowledge of theory and skills,and bring up the backbone of young staff.In the continuous education,standardized management is implemented,nursing work promoted as a whole in the hospital.
