摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定石参中的K、Na、Ca、Mn、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mg等8种微量元素的含量。结果表明,含量按高低依次为Ca597.4μg.g-1、Na273.3μg.g-1、Mg220.4μg.g-1、Fe143.8μg.g-1、Mn107.4μg.g-1、Zn53.7μg.g-1、K53.7μg.g-1、Cu17.1μg.g-1。样品回收率为98.5%—103.0%,测定元素的相对标准偏差从0.26%—2.23%,方法简单,精密度和灵敏度高,结果可靠。
The eight trace elements in the eremurus chinensis,including K,Na,Ca,Mn,Cu,Fe,Zn and Mg were determined simultaneously by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The contents of trace elements are Ca 597.4μg·g-1,Na 273.3μg·g-1,Mg 220.4μg·g-1,Fe 143.8μg·g-1,Mn 107.4μg·g-1,Zn 53.7μg·g-1,K 53.7μg·g-1,Cu 17.1μg·g-1,respectively.The recovery of the method is 98.5%—103.0%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.26%—2.23%,respectively.The method was simple and accuracy.
