摘要
对失效螺栓的断面进行宏观形貌、显微组织和表面能谱分析,并分析了螺栓的材质。该螺栓材质存在一定的缺陷,结合该螺栓所处应用环境,认为该螺栓的断裂失效是由于氯离子诱发而起的应力腐蚀开裂。还提出了预防和改进的意见。
The material, macroscopic morphology, microstructure and surface spectroscopy of the bolt were investigated. The results showed that there were many defects in the bolt material. Considering the application environment, it was concluded that the cracking failure of the material was due to chloride induced stress corrosion cracking. Some suggestions of prevention and improvement were proposed.
