Neurosurgery in Forward Position of New Techniques Revolution

近年来，由于新技术革命的发展和信息交流的加快，神经外科取得了突飞猛进的发展。主要表现在ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ、ＤＳＡ、ＰＥＴ、ＩＯＭ、术中导航系统和远程医疗的应用等方面，使神经外科的诊断和治疗水平有了长足的发展。分析我国神经外科的现状和我们的对策，建议从以下几个方面着手：改变相应的人才结构以适应知识的不断更新；投资改善科室基础设施，以利长远发展；对有限的资源进行重新分配和最大化利用，提高社会和经济效益；采取恰当的方式抓住时机与国际接轨。

With the development of high techniques and acceleration of information exchange in recent years,neurosurgery made a great progress in many aspects.It was the use of CT,MRI,DSA,PET,IOM,intraoperative navigation system and telemedicine that made the diagnosis and treatment of neurosurgery improvement in a great stride.Analysed the current situation and put forth strategies of developing our neurosurgery.It is suggested that we should change the lore structure of doctors to adapt to the new emergent knowledge.Basal facilities of a department should be improved for the future development.The limited resources of a department should be re_allocate and used to a great extent.So that it can raise the social and economic benefit of neurosurgery.We should take a suitable way to grasp the opportunity and make our neurosurgery internationalized.
