摘要
通过河北省沿海高速公路沧州岐口至海丰段第四合同路基软基处理中CFG桩的施工,对CFG桩的应用、工艺分类及其特点进行了分析,并就振动沉管打桩机成孔制桩(挤土成桩)的施工工艺、工序及控制要点、常见问题分析及措施、质量检验等环节进行了阐述。
Based on the practice of CFG piles（i.e.,pile constructed by granular materials of cement,fly-ash and gravel） used for soft ground treatment in the Contract No.4 of Qikou in Cangzhou to Haifeng Section,the Coastal Expressway in Hebei Province,this article describes the application of CFG piles,the classification of technology and their characteristics,with discussion of the construction technology,the working operation and the control points of displacement piles by vibration pile driver,common problems and measures for control,quality inspection,etc.
