摘要
目的 探讨案例教学法在护理管理学教学中的教学效果.方法 将124名护理大专生分为实验组(n=62)和对照组(n=62),实验组采用案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,课程结束后通过考核和问卷调查评价教学效果.结果 案例教学法组考核成绩明显优于传统对照组(P<0.01);问卷调查显示学生对案例教学法有很高的热情,可以很好地发挥学生的主观能动性.结论 在护理管理学教学中采用案例教学法优于传统的常规教学法,可提高教学效果.
Objective To explore the effects of case teaching method in the course of Nursing Management. Methods 124 nursing students were divided into two groups. The students in the experimental group (n = 62 ) received case teaching method, while the students in the control group ( n = 62 ) received traditional teaching methods in the course of Nursing Management. Then, the effects of teaching were evaluated by examination and table analysis. Results Case model is proved to be better than the traditional education model in Nursing Management Teaching. The results of table analysis also show that case model is more suitable to the most students in clinical thought culture and autonomous study motivation. Conclusions Case teaching method can improve the effect of Nursing Management Teaching.
