摘要
目的探讨6mm长短种植体表面设计对种植体周围骨组织应力分布的影响,为指导短种植体临床应用和开发新产品提供理论依据。方法建立4种包含不同表面设计6mm长短种植体的上颌后区骨块三维有限元模型即V形螺旋设计、反支撑形螺旋设计、支撑形螺旋设计和鳍式非螺旋设计模型,对所有模型进行200N垂直和100N颊腭向加载,分析比较周围骨组织的应力分布和Von-Mises应力峰值。结果在垂直和侧向加载时,鳍式非螺旋设计都表现出了最好的应力分布云图,EQV应力峰值也明显小于其他三种设计。结论 6mm长短种植体最佳表面设计为鳍式非螺旋设计,避免应用V形螺旋设计。
Objective To investigate the effect of different surface design of 6mm-long short implant on stress distribution in implant-bone interface.Methods Four three-dimensional finite element models of different surface design were created: V-shape spiral design,reverse buttress spiral design,buttress spiral design and fin formula no-spiral design.The stress distribution and the maximum Von-Mises stress of all models were compared and analyzed under 200N axial and 100N oblique loads.Results Under axial and oblique load,fin formula no-spiral design showed the best stress distribution and the minimum Maximum Von-Mises stress.Conclusion Fin formula no-spiral design is the optimal design in a 6mm-long short implant but V-shape spiral design should be avoid.
