Study on Policies of the Post-Disaster Psychological Assistance of Children

灾害的发生会造成儿童的心理创伤,这种心理创伤需要及时有效地进行心理救助。灾后儿童心理救助是一项长期的系统工程,需要政策的规范和引导,因此相关政策的制定是灾后儿童心理救助的前提和保障。笔者分析了灾后儿童心理救助政策的出台背景、政策的内容和政策的实施效果,以期展现灾后儿童心理救助政策研究的状况,吸取各国政策制定的有益经验,推动我国心理救助政策的发展。

The psychological trauma of children resulted in disaster must be treated timely and effectively. The post-disaster psychological assistance of children need go through a long-term and systematic process,which should be guided by related policies,so policy making could be seen as its premise and assurance. The article analyzes the different aspects of policies of the children＇s post-disaster psychological assistance,including its background,content and results,to show the state of these policies,take advantage of good points from other countries＇ policies and improve ours further.
