摘要猪繁殖与呼吸综合症Porcine productive and respiratory syndrome，PRRS）是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒（PRRSV）引起的接触性传染病，主要引起怀孕母猪流产、早产、死胎、木乃伊胎，仔猪出现呼吸道症状和断奶前死亡率增高。猪繁殖与呼吸综合症之所以造成巨大的经济损失，主要由于该病可导致母猪晚期流产和新生仔猪剧烈的肺炎。
