摘要 恶性肿瘤的发生和发展是一个极其复杂的过程。新生血管的形成在肿瘤的发生、发展和转移的过程中起着重要作用。胸苷磷酸化酶是新近发现的一个血管生长因子,其在恶性肿瘤组织中的表达与肿瘤的发生、发展、预后及肿瘤的化疗有密切的关系。本文就这方面的研究进展做一综述。 The occurrence and development of malignant tumor are a extremely complex process. The formation of new blood vessels plays an important role in the occurrence, development and metastasis process of tumor. Thymidine phosphorylase (TP) is a newly discovered vascular growth factor. The expression of TP in malignant tumor tissue has a close relationship with the occurrence, development, prognosis and chemotherapy of malignant tumor.
