HPLC法同时测定消栓通络胶囊中阿魏酸、芦丁和丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of Ferulic Acid,Rutin and Salvianolic Acid B in Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules by HPLC

目的建立同时测定消栓通络胶囊中阿魏酸、芦丁和丹酚酸B含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法以LinksilC18色谱柱为分析柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(25:5:70)为流动相,检测波长为320nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果 3种成分分离良好,阿魏酸、芦丁和丹酚酸B的线性范围分别为0.004～0.08μg,0.432～8.64μg,0.088～1.76μg,相关系数均为0.9999。平均加样回收率(n=5)分别为98.9%,100.1%,98.2%;RSD分别为1.1%,1.5%,1.4%。结论本方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠,适用于消栓通络胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To develop a method for determination of ferulic acid,rutin and salvianolic acid B in Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules.Methods The column was Linksil C18;the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid （25：5：70）;the detection wavelength was 320nm;the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.Results The calibration curves of ferulic acid,rutin and salvianolic acid B were in good linearity over the ranges of 0.004～0.08μg,0.432～8.64μg,0.088～1.76μg,respectively,r=0.9999.Average recoveries （n=5） were 98.9%,100.1% and 98.2% and RSD were 1.1%,1.5%,1.4%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsules.
