复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病39例

39 CASES ON CORONARY HEART DISEASE TREATED BY FUFANG DANSHEN PILL

目的：观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛等的疗效，初步揭示该药的临床作用机理。方法：３９例冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影术，并按统一标准进行中医辨证，观察配服复方丹参滴丸后心绞痛及胸闷、心悸等伴随症状和心电图变化及其与冠脉病变程度（狭窄度、累及支数）、左心室射血分数等的关系。结果：３９例冠心病患者心绞痛缓解总有效率为９２．４％，心电图改善有效率为７４．４％；能较好缓解胸闷、心悸、肢麻、气短症状；但疗效与左心室射血分数正常与否相关。

Aim:To explore the clinical effect and its mechanism of Fufang Danshen Pill(FFDSP)in treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Coronary artery lesions were measured by coronary anteriography.by means of uniform standards in defferentiation of symptoms and signs on CHD,We observed that angina pectonis complicated with oppressed feeling in chest and palpitation and numbness of the extremities were chang and that the clinical effect of FFDSP was related with coronary artery lesions and chang of ECG.Results:the effective rate of improving angina pectoris was 92.4%,the effective rate of ECG was 74.4%,and angina pectoris complicated with sympton were improving obviously.Clinial effects in LVEF normal cases was superior to in LVEF abnormal cases.Conclusion:the principal mechanism of FFDSP on treating angina pectoris lies in acting on heart only(might adjust coronary circulation),ie.It promotes the function of governing vessels and blood circulation in heart.
