心理授权与组织认同的关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文通过对235个有效样本研究发现,心理授权与组织认同有显著正相关关系,员工内在动机对心理授权与组织认同具有正向调节作用,相对于内在动机弱的员工,内在动机强的员工更容易因为心理授权而产生组织认同。
