摘要
目的对中草药八仙草(Galium aparineL.)全草的60%乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及制备薄层等方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析和理化鉴别进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为对羟基苯甲酸(1),香草酸(2),原儿茶酸(3),胞嘧啶(4),胞嘧啶核苷(5),尿嘧啶(6),尿嘧啶核苷(7),腺嘌呤核苷(8),1,3-二羟基蒽醌(9),1,3,6-三羟基-2-甲基蒽醌-3-O-新橙皮糖苷(10),1,4-二羟基-3-异戊烯基-2-萘酸甲酯双葡萄糖苷(11)。结论化合物1-11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of 60% alcohol extract of Galium aparine L.Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 coupled with preparative silica gel TLC.Structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(1),vanillic acid(2),protocatechuic acid(3),cytosine(4),cytidine(5),uracil(6),uridine(7),adenosine(8),xanthopurpurin(9),2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-α-rhamnosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucoside(10),2-carbomethoxy-3-prenyl-1,4-naphthohydroquinone-di-O-β-D-glucoside(11),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1-11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
