固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用分析吴茱萸挥发油成分 被引量:18

摘要 目的:研究吴茱萸挥发油的化学成分,为吴茱萸的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:固相微萃取法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,并采用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对质量分数。结果:共鉴定出97个成分,相对质量分数和为96.80%,其中相对质量分数较高的有β-香叶烯(24.16%)、β-水芹烯(18.77%)、(Z)-罗勒烯(14.35%)。结论:吴茱萸挥发油具有丰富的化学成分,固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用能全面快速地获得其组成信息,可应用于吴茱萸挥发油成分的快速分析。 Objective:To provide the useful information for the reasonable utilizati-on of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth..Methods:The essential oil were extracted by SPME and then analyzed by GC-MS.Results:Ninety-seven compounds were identified,which relative mass fraction was accountted for 96.80%.The main constituents of the oil were beta.-myrcene(24.16%),beta.-phellandrene(18.77%),(Z)-3,7-dimethyl-1,3,6-oc-tatriene(14.35%).Conclusions:There are abundent chemical constituents in the essential oil of Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth..SPME-GC –MS can entirely and quickly obtain the information about the constituents of essential oil from Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth.
