离子色谱法测定注射用头孢他啶中碳酸钠的含量 被引量:8

Determination of sodium carbonate in ceftazidime for injection by ion chromatography

摘要 目的:建立离子色谱法测定注射用头孢他啶中碳酸钠的含量。方法:色谱柱为Ionpac CG12A,CS12A阳离子交换柱,淋洗液为18 mmoL·L^-1甲烷磺酸,CSRS-ULTRA4 mm自动抑制循环模式,抑制电流为60 mA,电导检测池温度为35℃;进样量为25μL。由钠离子标准工作曲线直接测得注射用头孢他啶中钠离子的浓度。结果:钠离子浓度在2-20 mg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992);平均回收率为100.6%(n=9)。结论:本方法简单、快速,可以用于注射用头孢他啶中碳酸钠含量的测定。 Objective:To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of sodium carbonate in ceftazidime for injection.Method:The determination was performed on an Ionpac CS12A column(4 mm×250 mm)with an Ionpac CG12A guard column(4 mm×50 mm).The mobile phase was a mixture of 18 mmoL· L^-1 methylsulfonic acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.A conductivity detector and an CSRS suppressor were used.Results:The standard curve was linear over the range of 2-20 mg·L^-1(r=0.9992).The average recovery was 100.6%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for the determination of sodium carbonate in ceftazidime for injection.
