摘要
目的:探讨雪灵芝的抗运动性疲劳的作用。方法:以Wistar大鼠作为受试动物,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20只,让其负重游泳至力竭后,分别灌喂雪灵芝溶液和生理盐水。经过四周的游泳训练,通过测试对照组和实验组大脑组织内乳酸(LD)、肌酸激酶(CK),以及肌肉中肌糖元和血浆中的血尿素氮(BUN)的含量,观察并比较两组大鼠疲劳恢复的情况。结果:与对照组相比,实验组大鼠运动至力竭的时间显著延长,大脑组织LD、CK、以及血浆中的血尿素氮含量降低,肌糖元含量升高。结论:雪灵芝有抗疲劳、促使疲劳恢复的功效。
Objective:To observe the effects of Xuelingzhi(herb arenariae) on anti-weary.Methods:Mice(Rattus norvegicus) were made as experiment objective and randomly divided into herb arenariae group and normal saline group.The mice swimed adopt incremental-load exhaustive exercise method.After four weeks of swimming training,determine the levels of lactate(LD),creatine kinase(CK),and muscle glycogen in the muscles and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) in the plasma concentration,observe and comparative restoration condition about two fatigue groups.Result:Comparative two groups,pexhaustive exercise time of the herb arenariae group significantly prolonged,the levels of LD、CK in brain,BUN in blood decreased,muscle glycogen activity increased.Conclusion:Xuelingzhi have the ability of anti-exercise-inducea fatigue and urge fatigue restoration.
