关于锥入度计测试软膏剂药品粘度方法以及标准锥、小锥相关性的讨论

目的:对影响锥入度测量结果的因素进行探讨;并对ZHR-5A锥入度计使用的大锥、小锥相关性进行讨论。方法:采用ZHR-5A锥入度计和所配的标准锥和小锥对软膏剂样品进行测试。结果:对不同性质基质的样品应采用不同的锥体进行检测。结论:采用不同锥体检测相应的样品,检测结果的重复性较好。采用不同锥体检测的数据之间存在相关性。

Objective：Discuss the factors which affect the penetrating test result;and discuss the relativity between standard cone and small cone.Method： Using ZHR-5A penetrometer to test the sample.Result： For different sample,advice using different cone.Conclusions： Using different cone for proper sample can get good test result.And the test result between different cone has relativity.
