摘要
目的:对硅凝胶人工乳房中低分子量物质进行鉴定,分析经SBF浸泡后物质种类与含量的变化。方法:用气相色谱—质谱联用技术对未经SBF处理和经SBF处理过的乳房假体的硅凝胶中各低分子量组分进行分离并通过质谱对其定性和半定量分析。结果:SBF浸泡前后乳房假体硅凝胶中含有的低分子量物质主要为低分子量的环状聚硅氧烷(如D4,D5等)和链状聚硅氧烷(如MD5M)。经SBF 37℃浸泡60天后的乳房假体硅凝胶中所含的低分子量物质的种类较浸泡前略有改变,并且浸泡后凝胶中低分子量物质的相对含量减少。
Objective:To identify the low molecular weight components in silicone gel breast implants and the changes of types and levels of this components after SGBI soaking in SBF.Methods:Qualitative analysis and Semi-quantitative analysis of Low molecular weight components in silicone gel breast implants soaking in SBF or not were made by GS-MS.Results: Ringed polysiloxane oligomer and catenarian polysiloxane oligomer were identified in both samples.The composition of the silicone gel changed slightly after soaking in SBF at 37℃ for 60 days.And a new type of ringed polysiloxane oligomer(D8) has been found.
