Construction Technology of Stress-Absorbing Layer with Rubber Asphalt Plus Single Sized Aggregates (AR-SAMI)

摘要 橡胶沥青应力吸收层具有延缓反射裂缝、加强层间结合、抗水损坏等作用,可用于半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面、旧水泥混凝土路面沥青混凝土加铺层、复合式沥青混凝土路面、沥青混凝土路面层间黏结、旧沥青混凝土路面沥青混凝土加铺层、桥面铺装层等。结合试验路实体工程,全面研究和总结了橡胶沥青应力吸收层的成套施工技术,包括技术特点、适用范围、材料与设备、工艺流程、质量控制指标与方法、安全措施、环保措施、经济与社会效益分析等,并介绍了实体工程应用情况和使用效果。 Stress-absorbing layer of rubber asphalt can retard the reflection cracks,strengthen the binding in-between various layers and prevent the damage of storm waters.Therefore,it is used in semi-rigid asphalt concrete pavement underlayed with subbase,recapping of concrete pavement with asphalt concrete layers,compound pavement of asphalt concrete,binding layers in-between the asphalt concrete pavement,resealing of asphalt concrete pavement as well as the top layer of bridges.On the basis of datas from the trial sections of different projects,the integrated construction technology of stress-absorbing layer with rubber asphalt are studied and summarized in respect of tchnique features,application scopes,materials and eqipments,methods and procedures,indexes and methods of quality control,safety measures,enviormntal conservation measures,economic and socilal effects.It has also introduced the applications and results of the actual engineering.
